What are some of the words I have heard (and TBH used as my formerly less evolved self) to describe women at work?

Ambitious. Opinionated. Abrasive. Bossy. Passionate. Nice. Helpful.

Women then tell me that the feedback they recieve about their work performance is often vague, nebulous or quite simply not actionable.

Awesome job. Well done. Go/Yay/Wow …
